Quilt Show Challenge

Theme: Polka Dots and Stripes
Bright and beautiful, soft and fanciful, wild and exotic! Use your imagination to design a quilt that uses polka
dots and stripes to create a world of color. The polka dots and stripes can be in the material or part of the motif
you create.

Size: the total circumference must be at least 60 inches (15" x 15") and not to exceed a maximum of 160 inches
(40" x 40"). It does not have to be square however. For example, the quilt could be 20" x 30".

Deadline for submission: All quilt must be completed and submitted to the Challenge Committee by the March 14, 2006 CQA Membership meeting.

Requirements:
1. Quilt must represent the theme of Polka Dots and Stripes.
2. Quilt must be received no later than 3/14/06.
3. Quilt must have a 2-3" sleeve on the top of the back for hanging.
4. Quilt must have a label on the back with the name of the quilter.
5. Quilt must be accompanied with a copy of the entry form below.
